Our goal was to provide a solution for the simple dilemma of what to eat, in terms of a convenient food, to achieve nutritional balance. We looked to the past, designing a balanced wholesome food based on healthy food used for centuries - oats, honey, apricots, berries; we combined traditional knowledge with the latest food technology to produce what is surely the perfect food. |

Each day your body requires protein, carbohydrates, fat, fiber plus numerous vitamins and minerals. It needs energy - about 2,000 calories... more if you're going hard, less if you're kicking back. We realized it would be impossible to design a 'one size fits all' product containing the exact dietary needs of every person - because each person's dietary needs vary so much.
